Field days have a way of creeping up fast. One minute you’re booking the site… next minute it’s two weeks out and you’re digging through a box of old brochures hoping they still match your pricing, branding, and product range.
If you’re exhibiting at a New Zealand field day in 2026, this is your reminder to get your site pack sorted early… and to make sure what you’re handing out is current, consistent, and worth keeping.
NZ Field Days 2026… what’s been and what’s still to come
Field days season is already underway… with Southern Field Days and Northland Field Days now done and dusted.
If you’re still gearing up for the rest of the year, these are the key events to plan for next:
- Central Districts Field Days, 19–21 March (Manfeild, Feilding)
- Fieldays, 10–13 June (Mystery Creek, Ōhaupō)
- Agfest West Coast, 16–17 October (Greymouth Aerodrome)
Tip… if you exhibited at Southern or Northland, now’s the time to restock what worked before Central Districts.
Your Field Days site pack… what to bring
A strong field days setup is simple. Make it easy for people to understand what you do, take something away, and remember you after the event.
Print essentials
- Brochures + Flyers
- Business Stationery
- Catalogues
- Presentation Folders
- Business Cards
- Notepads
- Stickers + Labels
Promo that people actually keep
Giveaways work best when they’re practical. If it’s useful, it sticks around… and your brand stays visible long after the event.
The biggest mistake we see… outdated marketing material
Field days are high trust environments. People are meeting you face to face, asking questions, and comparing options. If you hand out brochures with old branding, outdated pricing, or old service info… it can create doubt straight away.
Before your next event, do a quick stock check:
- Does your collateral match your current branding and website?
- Are your product sheets and pricing current?
- Are your business cards still accurate (contact details, team changes)?
- Do you have enough of the right mix… brochures, product sheets, business cards, and promo?
A refresh doesn’t always mean starting from scratch… sometimes it’s simply updating the details, tightening the design, and reprinting in the right quantities.
Why print has a lasting impact at Field Days
Digital is great, but field days are busy. People are walking, talking, collecting info, and making quick decisions. Print gives them something tangible to take away and revisit later… especially once they’re back at the office and ready to follow up.
It also keeps your brand visible. A brochure on a desk, a notebook in a work truck, or a branded coffee cup in the staffroom keeps your name in view well after the event ends.
